WHAT TO EXPECT

During our Wellness Script Session

I am so happy that we will be meeting!

Here is what to expect during our session:

Step 1: Where do you want to go?

We will start our session with a short chat about YOUR unique needs & goals.

Step 2: Where are you now?

Next we will move on to a physical assessment where we will:


⭐Measure your range of motion and flexibility


⭐Determine your abilities


⭐Review current nutritional habits


⭐Examine any other areas needed for you to meet your goals

This will help me identify your strengths and identify how they match your goals, as well as where we need to focus to get you to where you want to be.

Please wear comfortable clothes as you be working through various movements, including, sitting, standing and if physically able, laying on the floor

If joining by Zoom, please be sure that you will be able to position the camera where I can see your full body during the assessment.

Step 3: Your Path to Wellness

Using all that you and I have learned from our session, I will prescribe the best path options to meet you where you are at and get you where you want to go.

Then you and I will determine TOGETHER if we are the best partnership to get you where you want and need to go.

And we will get moving!
